WAVE NINE - NINE THINGS
Some of these may sound ridiculously simple, unfortunately most people live in an environment, follow lifestyles, and have mindsets where these things are not so easy and/or are not made a priority. If you want to enter the wave state you need to consider all of these.
At one time all of these things were just a natural part of life. Wake up when the SUN rises. Drink WATER from a natural spring, spend most of your day MOVING to find shelter or clean FOOD. HUNTing wild animals when you needed meat, GATHERing fruit, roots, wild greens when meat was not available and/or you did not need it. You spent most of your day in the SUN, MOVING when you needed to, resting when you needed to, SLEEPING when the sun was down, being active when the sun was up. You were constantly in NATURE and your purpose was to LIVE and you were PRESENT in everything you did.
Alright, most people in our lifetime will never go back to this sort of lifestyle (although some are trying) and so you will need to use certain tips/tricks and implement what you can.

6. Movement
7. Connection with Nature
7. A goal or purpose in life
9. The ability to be present
