WAVE ONE - FOOD CRAVINGS
If you have food cravings there is usually an imbalance in your body which is preventing you from entering the wave state. A few things could be going on.
1. You did not eat enough food. This is particularly common when skipping meals early in the day and these usually come in the way of cravings before bed. Front load your meal schedule when possible and nightime cravings will usually disappear.
2. You did not eat the right balance of protein, fat and carbs. The amount of each will depend on your unique metabolism. Some people require more protein than others, some require more carbs. If you eat a meal and are hungry 1-2 hours later, chances are you didn’t get the mix right. One simple trick is ensuring that you are getting enough fat. 1tsp to 1 Tablepoon per meal depending on your sizes. Fat really helps with satiety (feeling full but energized). (Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Butter, Ghee are all good fat options).
3. You have a parasite infection. This is more common than you think and you don't have to travel to another country to get them. Parasites are robbing all the food you are eating, so you are receiving little to no nourishment and therefore you are always hungry.
P.S. If you have sugar cravings you probably need more sugar in your diet, in the way of good sugars (good carbs) - fruit, honey, white rice, potatoes.
P.S.2 - If you have salt cravings you need more salt in your diet. Particularly when stressed.
